Mary Grace Dyleski

Mary Grace Dyleski received her BA in Government from the University of Notre Dame in 1988, and her JD from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1995, after which she served as a South Carolina Circuit Court judicial law clerk from 1995 to 1996. 

 

In 1997, Ms. Dyleski relocated to the Orlando, Florida area, became a member of the Florida Bar in 1998, as well as the Federal District for the Middle District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. As of 2014, Ms. Dyleski has practiced remotely from her residence in Montana.

Ms. Dyleski’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation involving the defense of consumer claims under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Florida’s Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
