SSC Welcomes Kalanit Oded to the Firm
Shepard, Smith & Cassady takes pleasure in announcing the addition of Kalanit ("Kiki") Oded to the firm. Ms. Oded is member of both the Florida and New York bars and been a practicing attorney since 2003.
"Kiki's addition to the firm gives us 100% of the graduates from the University of Florida law school's charter class for its LL.M. degree in Environmental Law and Land Use Law," said the firm's founding shareholder, Cliff Shepard. "She and Andrew Hand give the firm a unique competitive edge in the marketplace," Shepard said. Mr. Hand is the other member of the charter class.
Ms. Oded graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Rutgers University and also holds a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from UF.
Ms. Oded will join the firm's busy local government practice, with special emphasis in land planning and litigation.
