Dani Theobald received her Bachelor of Science Degree with highest honors in 1995 from the University of Florida. She received her Juris Doctor Degree with honors in 1998 from Florida State University. Dani practices in all areas of general liability, including insurance coverage/bad faith litigation, commercial litigation, construction defect defense, and general personal injury defense. Dani has also handled numerous successful appeals.
Dani served as a lecturer at the Tenth Annual Florida Liability Claims Conference, speaking on the topic of Enhanced Injuries. She also served as a presenter at multiple Claims Management seminars.
In her free time, Dani enjoys spending time with her husband, Jim, and their children.
